Aon Consulting is actively recruiting for several I-O consulting positions.
- Entry-level consulting position in the Washington, DC area—new PhD/ABD with 2-3 years experience or Masters with 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Experienced consulting position in the Washington, DC area (5+ years, including experience in or consulting for the federal government)—PhD preferred.
- Senior level Local Practice Leader position (10+ years plus significant business development and account management), in the Chicago area.
- Senior Assessment Leader—location open, with strong experience managing the development, deployment, and delivery of assessment tools.
