      <title>Talentelligent: An Evidence-Based Systems Approach to Talent Management (23 Apr 2026)</title>

&lt;p&gt;TalentTelligent® represents the latest chapter in over four decades of applied research in leadership and talent development, rooted in the original studies and the work that shaped widely adopted competency and development frameworks at Lominger (acquired by Korn Ferry). Founded by long-time collaborators Roger Pearman, Robert Eichinger and including Michael Lombardo, TalentTelligent advances a fully integrated, research-based approach to talent management.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This interactive session will explore talent management as a coherent system rather than a collection of disconnected tools. Participants will examine how success profiles, assessment, feedback, and development practices can be aligned within a unified architecture that supports individual contributors, managers, and leaders.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We will briefly “zoom in” on three components of the system:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- A research-grounded 360 feedback methodology, including attention to&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;construct clarity and rater bias&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- Career Architect® as a developmental resource and backbone&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- An overview of the Foundations Certification, which prepares practitioners to&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;responsibly interpret and apply these frameworks&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The session will conclude with dedicated private Q&amp;amp;A time with Roger Pearman and Robert Eichinger, offering attendees the opportunity to engage directly with two long- standing contributors to applied research and practice.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Roger Pearman&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="center"&gt;Roger is the CEO of TalentTelligent®. Following his role as an operational executive in the financial services sector, he has been a Founder and/or Partner at four additional learning organizations and consultancies. Through training programs that focus on leader and executive team development, succession planning, talent retention, and more, Roger has given extensive expertise to leaders in government, business, and education for decades. He is the author of a number of resources and best-selling books supporting the development and use of personality type and emotional intelligence in talent development initiatives.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="center"&gt;Roger holds an EdD, Organizational Development and Leadership from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is a member of APA, Divisions 3, 8, 13, and 14. He is a certified coach by the National Board of Certified Coaches.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Robert Eichinger&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="center"&gt;You know Bob as the co-founder and CEO of Lominger International. He has authored over 50 books, articles, software products, and other intellectual property around the topic of talent management and succession planning.&amp;nbsp; Prior to Lominger, he led employment, affirmative action, training, management and executive development at Pillsbury. At&amp;nbsp;PepsiCo (NY) he oversaw international executive development&amp;nbsp;and later led executive development across the entire organization. Armed with everything he’s amassed over fifty years of experience, he’s doing his best work with the KSA Suite as a Chief Innovation Officer of TalentTelligent®.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="center"&gt;Bob holds a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a SIOP Fellow.&lt;/p&gt;

His work has centered on the belief that culture drives results and has garnered the attention of the Wall Street Journal and Harvard University. With experience in financial services, healthcare, higher education, and consumer goods, he has played influential roles in building the structures that enable people to grow, leaders to scale, and organizations to strengthen their bench with confidence&lt;/p&gt;
