Diversity, Equity & Inclusion have clearly taken center stage. HR, I/O Professionals, Talent Managers, and Coaches all play a significant role in leveraging the power of inclusion in an increasingly diverse workforce. Effective leadership- and coaching- requires untangling a complex web of personal filters, stereotypes, biases, and organizational contexts. This presentation will provide perspectives and practical tools to support practitioners in bringing out the best in their workforce, colleagues, and coaching participants in ways that foster acceptance and inclusion.

This interactive presentation is intended for HR and I-O practitioners responsible for talent management processes in their organizations, individuals working as internal or external coaches, and other applied professionals who wish to deepen their understanding of how to make coaching more inclusive.
