High Performance Teams at the Top: Driving Performance and transformation through purposeful, disciplined, and inclusive leadership.
Whether CEOs seek to set up their organization for growth, to accelerate their own impact in their first 100 days, or to beat the odds against a challenging post-merger integration, securing a high-performance team should be at the top of their agenda. Building on the work of the late Richard Hackman and his collaborators on senior leadership teams, Korn Ferry has advised hundreds of CEOs and top teams on charting tailored team development roadmap. This talk will offer lessons learned from our decades-long experience with top team development work and will cover the following topics:
- Using the 6 conditions of high performing teams to pinpoint top development needs and priorities for executive teams.
- Using an Enterprise Leadership framework to help CEOs and their team balance the need to run the business with the need to change the business.
- Engaging with CEOs and their stakeholders to create momentum for change.
- Addressing roadblocks to team development.
- Cultivating the 5 disciplines of inclusive teams to unlock innovation and breakthroughs.
