The Role of AI in Organizations: Bridging Research and Practice

Join us for an engaging session on the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in organizations. We will explore how people, organizations, and organizational psychologists are using and responding to AI. Key discussions will cover concerns that managers are raising in AI application and adoption, ethical considerations, and AI’s impact on organizational dynamics and performance. Consistent with the scholar-practitioner bent of METRO, we will conclude with an open discussion about psychology research with promise for effective application in organizations steering through the uncharted waters of the early AI era.
