Beyond the Survey: Creating a Connection Between Feedback and Action

While driving organizational action from employee surveys is crucial, it’s often the most challenging part. In this session, Julian will share MiTek’s (a Berkshire Hathaway company) multi-year journey to build an intentional connection between survey results and action. Attendees will learn how to craft a strategy for survey-driven change that aligns with broader business goals, design an action framework with clear roles and responsibilities for managers, HR, and executives, and successfully implement and support the execution of this strategy.
