METRO CAREER DAY 2026
Join us for METRO’s annual Career Day on Friday, February 27th, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm!
We’re excited to welcome a diverse lineup of panelists who will share their career journeys in industrial-organizational psychology (I-O). This event provides a valuable learning and networking opportunity for students entering the field, early-career professionals defining their career trajectory, and established professionals navigating career transitions and growth. Whether you are exploring your first role, considering a career pivot, or simply looking to expand your professional network, Career Day offers meaningful insights and connections across the I-O community.
During Career Day, you will:
- Learn from panelists about their career paths in I-O psychology
- Gain clarity on your professional goals
- Build connections with other applied psychologists in the field
Career Day will feature three panel discussions, small-group conversations, and multiple opportunities to interact with speakers and fellow attendees. We will provide complimentary breakfast and lunch, and the event will conclude with a happy hour at a local bar for continued networking. Our goal is to foster meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and lasting professional connections within the I-O community across the tri-state area.
