Join Nawal Es-Sabahi, People Senior Director for Sales Retail at Mondelēz International, for an insightful discussion on the strategic value of Industrial-Organizational (I/O) psychology in HR generalist roles.

Nawal will also provide a overview of the unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities within the large Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) food industry landscape. Furthermore, she will explore how I/O leaders can play a critical role in addressing these complexities and capitalizing on opportunities when managing a large, global workforce.

Nawal Es-Sabahi is the People Senior Director leading the Human Resources initiatives for the large Sales Retail Organization of the North America Business Unit of Mondelez, a major American multinational snack company.

Before joining Mondelez, Nawal spent over a decade at PepsiCo where she held a variety of roles in Talent COEs, Solution Delivery teams and HR for various business groups, functions and business units.

Nawal holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University in Hempstead New York and a Master of Science in Psychology from the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens of Paris where she is from.
