What happens to learning when everyone has access to an always-available AI coach, tutor, collaborator, and simulation partner?
Drawing on Isabelle Hau’s emerging framework of relational intelligence and new learning modalities being explored at OpenAI, this talk offers a way to think beyond the choice between “AI learning” and “human learning.”
We’ll examine what AI can uniquely enable, what people continue to learn best through others, and how L&D professionals can combine both while protecting the cognitive effort learning requires.
At a moment when much of the field is focused on automation, the session positions L&D professionals as agents of change who have a critical role in designing the future of learning.
