New York Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology
What will it take to make emerging models of work actually workable?
In this interactive session, we’ll explore a future-of-work model and several provocative proposals for how organizations could structure work differently. Participants will choose one proposal to explore in small groups, identifying what would need to be true for the idea to succeed.
Rather than debating whether an idea is “right” or “wrong,” we’ll examine the organizational, talent, structural, and economic conditions that would need to be in place to make it viable.
