Building on last year’s NYIO METRO experience, Assessing Leadership Talent, by APTMetrics’ co-founder and Chief Operations Officer, John Scott, the current session will highlight organizations’ continued efforts to elevate and enhance leadership to address increasingly complex and ambiguous challenges, and will illustrate how organizations (both large and small) effectively leverage multi-trait/multi-method assessment insight to advance their integrated talent management agendas. Specifically, this presentation will highlight key interdependencies between assessment objectives and design and leadership development efforts, identify and explore competencies and capabilities most often targeted, illustrate how organizations have extended and enhanced the leader development experience to better align and accelerate readiness, and discuss current and emerging challenges and opportunities of particular significance to senior leadership development.
