INSTRUCTOR

Sarah Tennyson, MSc, is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, team coach and coach supervisor. Over 20,000 individuals in more than 20 countries have engaged in coaching or workshops with Sarah.  Sarah has been a Lumina Learning Strategic Alliance Partner since 2011 and Certified Lumina Learning Practitioner since 2009.  She has personally coached clients and run workshops using Lumina Spark profiles in Europe, USA, Canada, Asia and Middle East. Sarah is a Partner at CEC Global LLC and holds an MSc. Organizational Psychology, a BSc. (Hons) Psychology and professional certificates in Coaching Supervision and Team Coaching. Sarah serves as Regional Chair for the Association for Coaching. She teaches coaching and coaching supervision courses at post-graduate level and has published articles and chapters on team coaching and coaching supervision.
